Welcome — and thank you for visiting this website. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) explain how you can use this site and the services offered through it. By using the site, joining the community, or booking therapy sessions, you’re agreeing to these Terms.
1. What We Offer
- Therapy and counselling services: Professional psychotherapy and counselling are available only to people living in Australia. These are not crisis services and are not a substitute for medical or psychiatric treatment.
- Community membership: Our online community is open to people anywhere in the world. Membership is by paid subscription.
2. Membership
- Membership is paid in advance and renews automatically each month or year (depending on the plan you choose).
- You can cancel at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Please note that we don’t offer refunds once a payment has been made.
- Community access depends on following the Community Rules, which are set out separately. If those rules are broken, membership may be suspended or ended without refund.
3. Important Disclaimers
- Therapy is not crisis support. If you are in Australia and in crisis, call 000 or Lifeline on 13 11 14.
- Community materials, courses, and resources are for reflection, learning, and personal growth only. They are not therapy, counselling, medical advice, or legal advice.
- Everyone’s journey is unique. While I aim to provide helpful tools and support, outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

5. Liability
- I do my best to provide accurate and useful information, but I can’t promise that the site or its content will always be error-free.
