The Therapy Room
Individual therapy for the part of you that’s tired of pretending everything’s fine.
You may not be in crisis, but something feels off.
You feel stuck, restless, or disillusioned beneath the weight of expectations, cultural, personal, or professional.
You feel anxious, alone, or quietly lost.

Psychotherapy offers a safe space to pause, reflect, and explore what’s really going on, beneath the surface of “I’m fine”.
But this isn’t just talking.
In our work together, we craft a path toward clarity, healing, and meaningful change.
Who This Is For
You may be:
- Moving through a major life or career transition
- Facing a relationship rupture, shift, or ending
- Grappling with cultural tension, identity questions, or a quiet sense of “otherness”
- Feeling emotionally numb, anxious, burnt out, or dissatisfied — even if things look fine from the outside
- Tired of holding it all together, and wondering if there’s more to life than coping
If you’re ready to move from “what’s wrong” to “what can be” for you, you’re in the right place.
Why Therapy, Why Now?
You don’t have to be in crisis to begin therapy.
Sometimes, it starts with a quiet knowing: something isn’t working anymore.
Maybe it’s the way you constantly hold it together for everyone else. Maybe it’s the internal pressure to stay productive, stay agreeable, stay strong. Or maybe it’s just a growing ache, a longing to feel more like yourself again, even if you’re not sure who that is.
Whether you’re carrying invisible weight or simply sensing it’s time for something to shift, now is the perfect time to begin.
The Therapy Room is a calm, respectful space to explore what matters and begin again with intention.
Therapy with me isn’t about fixing you.
It’s about helping you reconnect with yourself and gently rewrite what’s been holding you back.
Together, we’ll explore:
The stories you’ve internalised about identity, success, and self-worth
The values and inner strengths already within you
How to navigate change with clarity and courage
How to cultivate emotional resilience and insight
What it means to live more honestly and intentionally, not perfectly, but more true to you
What to Expect
This isn’t one-size-fits-all. It’s collaborative, considered, and grounded in what matters most to you.
I won’t tell you what to do. I walk beside you as we explore the questions, patterns, and stories shaping your life.
Together, we look at what’s working, what’s not, and what’s ready to shift.
My integrative approach draws primarily from:
- Narrative Therapy: to explore and gently reauthor the stories that no longer serve you
- Existential Therapy: to make sense of identity, meaning, change, and responsibility
- ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy): to help clarify your values and take action from a grounded, intentional place
As a certified trauma practitioner, my practice is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and inclusive. We go at your pace. We work with your context. We honour your lived experience.

Ready to Begin?
If you’re feeling called to find clarity, to move from “what’s wrong” to “what can be”, to move from “putting up with” and attend to the vital things you have put aside till now…
You don’t need to have the answers. You just need to bring your honest self, even if that self feels unsure, weary, or stuck.
